PLEASE BE ADVISED: This agreement contains provisions that mandate how claims may be presented between/against you and Sisters Backflow. The provisions will, with limited exception, require a submittal of said claim against Sisters Backflow to an Arbitrator (of Sisters Backflow choosing) on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, group or representative.
